#INGREDIENTS
2 Racks of Beef ribs
2 Tbsp of Liquid smoke
1/4 Cup of Bar-B-Que sauce
2 Tbsp of Bar-B-Que Cider sauce
2 Tbsp of Paprika powder
2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Powder
2 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp of Onion salt
1 Tbsp of Ground Ginger
1 Tbsp of Ground Garlic
1 Tbsp of Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp of Salt or to taste
After applying the spices, Cover with foil & grill @ 350°F for 1 1/2 to 2hrs. Then apply the Bar-B-Que sauce & bake uncovered @ 400°F for about 30mins.
Serve with any baked or cooked mixed Vegetables of your choice.
