  1. I think there will be Philly Cheese Steaks in my future. Thank you for not using cheese whiz LOL My son had one at one of the the famous places in Philly and he said he could have done without the cheese whiz.

  2. Great cook Rob that looked fantastic. I had a Masterbuilt glass front smoker for many years and when I would clean the glass I would put a pan of water in it and let it boil for quite awhile then razor blade the glass I was always afraid glass cleaner would make my food taste funny but I don’t know I never did it. Have a great day brother ???

  3. One heck of a cook Rob! The cheesesteak looks awesome on the griddle, nice move finishing it up in the pitboss. Sirloin tips sound real good for it. Can’t go wrong with country style ribs and you got a nice smoke ring on those guys. Killer job brother, hope you have a great weekend and keep on cookin!
