Flanken is a traditional Eastern European Jewish short rib dish that serves as the origin of the flanken cut of short ribs. Flanken-cut short ribs are traditionally boiled in broth with onions and other seasonings until the meat is very tender and the broth is rich. But today we are going to make them in a completely different way. Something fast and easy that will become your family’s most requested dish! These ribs are called in several different ways. they are also named Beef Short Ribs, Bone-In, Cross-Cut Ribs, Cross-Cut Short Ribs, Korean Short Ribs and Korean Style Short Ribs

Flanken Ribs Rub Recipe:
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp of onion powder
1 tbsp of mustard powder
1/2 tbsp of cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp of roasted chili flakes
6 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of black pepper
3 tbsp of sea salt
