Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Roast or Brisket | Easy Smoked Brisket | Cooking Up Love

Slow Cooker BBQ Beef is so easy and turns your brisket or roast into delicious smoked bbq beef sandwiches your whole family will love! It’s perfect days you need an easy slow cooker recipe so you can get dinner on the table fast.

Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Ingredients
3 lbs of beef roast or brisket
3 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke

Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Directions
First, trim up your beef to remove any extra fat, especially the hard fat and gristle.

Measure out 3 tablespoons of smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, one teaspoon chili powder and two teaspoons brown sugar. Stir to blend together.

Sprinkle the dry rub all over the beef, thoroughly coating all sides. Depending on the size of your beef, there may be some left over.

In the bottom of the slow cooker, add 1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce, one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke. Stir this all up and add the beef on top.

Cover the slow cooker, set it on low and let this cook for about 6 – 8 hours until the meat is tender.

I like to serve this as a smoked barbecue beef sandwich, with some tangy coleslaw and potato salad. This slow cooker bbq beef is one of my favorite recipes for easy smoked brisket when I don’t have the time to tend to a brisket on the smoker, but we’re still all hungry for some tasty bbq, especially when we’ve been away from Texas for too long!!

Thank you so much for watching and I’ll see you in the next video!
