Ingredients
1. Beef (Thinly cut, 1kg, 2.2lbs) – you can get this “beef for bulgogi” in a Korean grocery or Korean butcher
2. Soy sauce (100ml, 3.3oz)
3. Sugar (50g, 1.8oz)
4. Korean cooking wine (1.5 tbs)
5. Corn syrup (1 tbs)
6. Minced garlic (2 tbs)
7. Pepper (1 tsp)
8. Onion
9. Spring onion
10. Carrots
11. Paeng-i Mushrooms (Enoki Mushrooms, 팽이버섯)

Bulgogi marinade (for 1kg, 2.2 lbs beef) – add soy sauce (100ml, 3.3oz)Sugar (50g, 1.8oz)Minced garlic (2 tbs)Korean cooking wine (1.5 tbs)Corn syrup (1 tbs) – or more sugar (10g) if you don’t have itPepper (1 tsp)Mix it thoroughly until it forms the marinadeMarinade beef – add beef (1kg, 2.2lbs, thinly sliced)You can get this thinly sliced “beef for bulgogi” at a Korean grocery or butcherPour the marinade over the beefToss and mix it thoroughly until the beef has been well seasonedKeep it in the fridge for 30 minutesPrepare vegetables – Chop the onion into thin slicesCut the spring onion into smaller chunksChop the root from the paeng-i (enoki) mushrooms Chop the carrots into thin slicesLightly oil the frying pan and heat it over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutesPlace the beef on the panSpread out the beef evenly over the panFlip the beef and leave it for another 5 minutesAdd the onion and the carrot Mix them with beef and stir fry it until the vegetables softenAdd the paeng-i(enoki) mushrooms and spring onion Stir fry it for another 1-2 minutesAll done!
