Ingredients:
1 Beef shank bone out
Cattle Dust Rub
To prepare:
Trim the beef and remove all sinew and tubes
Add the rub and set aside for 30min
Method:
Get the BBQ set to a high temperature
Place the beef indirect on the bbq
Let the beef come up to 50c
Then sear to finish off
Use an thermapen to check temp
Wrap it all with some Beans and mozzarella
Hot sauce if you like
