Waygu beef ribs are pricey, but well worth it. I ordered these from Snake River Farms, but you don’t need an expensive plate of ribs to bbq these Traeger smoked beauties. With time, patience, and some TLC, these delicious cuts of beef are worth the price and effort. This video will teach you how to smoke beef ribs in just 7 steps, whether you have an off-market pellet grill, a Traeger Pro 575, or a Bronson 20 like me. Thanks for watching Balcony Barbecue!
