*Smoked BBQ Chicken Tikka / Panner Tikka / Pineapple Tikka :)*
*1st Stage Marination :-*
-Chicken Breast – 500 gms
-Salt 1 tsp.
-Turmeric powder -1.5 tsp.
-Black pepper powder -1.5 tsp
-Lemon juice -2 tsp.
*Rest for 1 Hour.*
*2nd Stage Marination* :
-Mustard Oil -2 tbsp.
-Hung curd- 3 tbsp.
-Zinger Garlic Paste -1 tbsp.
-Kashmir Mirchi Powder- 2 – 3 tbsp.
-Mirchi powder -1.5 tsp.
-Pepper powder -1 tsp.
-Lemon juice -1.5 tbsp.
-Garam masala -1.5 tsp.
-Kashoori methi powder -1 tbsp.
-Salt 2 tsp/ As per taste.
*Mix well and then add Chicken. Rest for 2 Hours .*
Follow the same Marination process for Paneer & Pineapple.
*Cook Chicken breast on high flame for 1 minute on each side.
