Zatar Air fried chicken
Chicken -800 gm whole with skin
Zatar powder -2 tbs (or any herbs )
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbs
Pepper powder -1 tsp
Chilly flakes -1 tbs
Garam masala -1 tsp
Tomato paste -2-3 tbs ( if not ketchup )
Soya sauce -1 tbs
Olive oil -2 tbs
Make cuts in chicken and add in all except olive oil and marinate well for 2 hrs .
Brush olive oil and bake in air fryer 200 c 15 min one side and brush olive oil and flip to other side and bake for 10 min or Till done .
I keep a baking sheet or you can keep aluminum foil or a bowl and place chicken . So no juices drip down
You could al roast in oven . Pre heat oven 250 for 10 min . Switch on both top and bottom burners . Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and bake 250 C 25 min and then open foil and bake for 10 more min or till done .
Serve with side dishes and pita bread
You can also pan fry in olive oil but be sure to cut chicken to butter fly so it’s easy to cook .
1-Cabbag grates -1 cup
Dill leaves -1 tbs ( optional)
Vinegar -1 tbs
Mix all to make cabbage pickle
2- Onions -1 sliced
Summak -1 tsp ( or lemon )
Salt and olive oil
Mix all to make onion salad
3- yougurt-1 cup
Dill leaves -1 tbs
Mint leaves -1 tbs
Garlic -1 tbs grated
Salt , olive oil and mix all to make yogurt salad
