Baked/Grilled chicken drumstick is a healthy recipe. It is treat for protein lovers and great for weight loss.
Ingredients:
Chicken leg piece-6
Yogurt- 2 tbsps
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 2 tsps or red chilli powder as required.
Salt as required.
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Marinate the chicken for an hour.
Bake it at 350 F for 20 mins , fliping every 10 mins. Broil for 10 mins .
Enjoy the grilled chicken with light mayonnaise, onions and lemon.
