BARBEQUE CHICKEN WINGS – PLAN B STYLE

INGREDIENTS –

MARINATION OF CHICKEN
CHICKEN WINGS WITH SKIN – 500 GRAMS
SALT TO TASTE.
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1/2 TSP
BLACK PEPPER – 1/2 TSP.
GRATED GINGER & GARLIC – 1 TSP

METHOD – MARINATE CHICKEN WITH ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND SET ASIDE FOR 10MINS.

FRYING OF CHICKEN
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR – 1 AND A HALF CUP
CORNSTARCH – 2 TBSP.
SALT TO TASTE.
BLACK PEPPER – 1/2 TSP
PAPRIKA – 1 TSP.
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP.
MIXED HERBS (OREGANO) – 1/2 TSP

METHOD – ADD CHICKEN WINGS AND COAT IT BEFORE FRYING. DEEP FRY FOR 10-12 MINS OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

FOR SAUCE
ANY BARBEQUE SAUCE – 1 CUP
HONEY – 1/4 CUP
ANY HOT CHILLI SAUCE – 2TBSP

METHOD – ON LOW HEAT (USE A NON STICK PAN) MIX ALL SAUCES FOR 3-4 MINUTES AND COAT FRIED CHICKEN WINGS WITH THE SAUCE.
