Today we put a little bit of a different spin on chicken lollipops by cooking them in the smoker and then dipping them in some Korean Honey Gochujang BBQ Sauce.

If you are tired of the same old chicken drumsticks, you can really elevate this simple cut by spending a few minutes to cut the tendons back.
I cooked these in my Lone Star Grillz Vertical Offset Smoker today but trust me, you can get the same results in any kind of smoker. Just set your smoker (or oven) to 300 degrees F and cook them until they reach an internal temperature of at least 175 degrees F.
Once they reach 175 degrees F dip them in your barbeque sauce and put them back in the smoker to finish cooking for another 10-15 minutes. The sauce should be nice and sticky.
