Gina look soooo good. I also make the mushrooms and onions with my grilled steak. I add green peppers also. When I take the steak off I brush butter on the steaks and let sit a couple of minutes. My family love our steak dinners.❤️

We love grilling! We have a huge Weber kettle grill, a long charcoal smoker grill where you put charcoal and wood chips in the barrel at one end and a gas grill. I definitely recommend the smoker! I just use salt n pepper on my steaks and at the end brush with worstershire sauce. After we remove them to rest, I put butter on top. We like our meat rare n the kids like medium rare. We also love mushrooms, onions, squash n bell peppers grilled. I thread them on double prong skewers. Have you tried grill eggplant? Get very small ones, or the Asian eggplant, cut to fan them out and brush with olive oil. All you need is salt and pepper! They are delicious ?♥️?
