Ingredients
Chicken leg pieces/ wings
Curd – 3 Tbsp.
Ginger – Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp.
Salt – ½ Tbsp.
Tandoori masala – 1 Tbsp.
Red chilli powder – ½ Tbsp.
Juice of 1 Lemon
Sauce Mix – 2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
+ 1 Tbsp. Habanero sauce
The habanero sauce will give the heat to sauce and will be spicy, so add according to your taste.
Oven Settings
Preheat for 20 mins. at 200°C
Place the rack in middle slot.
Add about a glass of water in the lower tray, this will help the chicken to cook evenly and be juicy without letting it dry out.
Bake for 15 mins. at 200°C
After 15 mins.
Turn over and bake for another 10 mins.
You can also use a Grill Pan instead of Oven and cook the chicken for 15 mins.
