Just showing my kids and Husband how to cook chicken wings in the foodi
I will be having two disks replaced in my neck in July.
Video’s will be few and far between, Sorry.
I used 7 frozen chicken wings
1/2 -3/4th cup chicken stock (or water)
Pressure cook on high for 5 min
Quick release the pressure when done.
Blot chicken with paper towel.
Use your flavor BBQ sauce that you like
Air Crisp on 390, 5 min on each side, or until desire crispness.
Keep an eye on them, they will dry out if over crisp.
