BBQ Smoked Chicken Breast on a Traeger

My smoked juicy bbq chicken breast on a Traeger. I’ve used a Traeger poultry rub for today (and one breast just with salt for my young son).

For the brine:
1 gallon (4 litres) of water
1/2 cup of kosher salt
1 cup brown sugar
Heat the ingredients until salt and sugar are dissolved.

I cook the chicken breasts at 225F for the first 2 hours to get the maximin amount of smoke and then 250F for the remaining time. Depending on the size of the chicken breast cooking time is between 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
