Belching Beaver Peanut Butter Milk Stout Chicken Wings Recipe.
Who doesn’t love wings? In this video, we take a great tasting stout beer and create an incredible grilled peanut butter stout wing grilled on the slow n sear kamado.

Wing Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp red curry paste
1 can Belching Beaver beer or your favorite stout beer (Doesn’t need to be peanut butter but it helps)
1 – 13 oz can coconut milk
2 – heaping tbsp peanut butter

hey guys thanks for stopping by on thisvideo we are gonna be doing another beerrecipe we’re gonna be doing the belchingbeaver peanut butter milk stout wings solet’s get goingall right so the first thing we’re gonnado is we’re gonna make our sauce and Isort of just kind of pulled this out ofmy head but we are going to start withabout a tablespoon of sesame oil atablespoon of ginger ground ginger orminced I used a little grater for thisone tablespoon of garlic 2 tablespoonsof the red curry paste 2 tablespoons ofthe chili garlic sauce you can find thatin the international aisle in mostsupermarkets it’s just in a red bottleit just says chili garlic sauce on it 13and 1/2 ounce can of coconut milk andthen I would put in one can of ourBelgian beaver peanut butter milk stoutabout 1/4 cup maybe a little less ofcourse I think does about 3 tablespoonsor so brown sugar and what I did is letthat simmer for about 30 40 minutesuntil they reduced by half and then Iadded about two heaping scoops scoops ofpeanut butter and you can use any kindof peanut butter you’ll want I justhappen to have the the natural Chuck Iguess crunchy peanut butter doesn’tmatter after that just let it set up andwe get a nice thick smells incrediblesort of a tie-in you know an inspiredsauce next up we got to do is is grillup our chicken wings and this time weare grilling we’re gonna be using theslow in sear over direct heat we’re justgonna be grilling these bad boys tookabout I don’t know about an hour sooverheat direct heat using mesquite woodgot a nice grill of char on those thisis what we have here and after that it’sjust toss and serve so we’re gonna takeour chicken wings get a good amount ofthat peanut sauce in thereand you don’t have to grow these you cando these in your oven you could deep-frythem any way you like I love doing themgrill style of that char that you get onthem that grill flavor it just it justmy favorite way of doing wings do themany way you want just serve them up niceand easy so what I like to do is I liketo just hit it a little bit of choppedpeanuts if I had some cilantro I’dprobably put some cilantro or some greenonions maybe a little lemongrass wouldbe good but this is all I have right nowand if you want you can always add alittle bit more like a side dippingsauce of that peanut sauce or I don’tknow I would I just eat them boy theseare I wouldn’t eat a dipping sauce solet’s go ahead and get these a bite allright so you get that grill flavor rightoff the bat that peanut butter does comethrough the sweetness from that coconutmilk okay so for that beer to finish thefinishing part of it you get that stoutthat little bitterness from that stoutyou can tell there’s beer there I cantell there’s beer but this is incredibleyou guys have got to get to try I’mgonna give props to my brother-in-law wewho came up with this idea so thanks alot I’ll see you guys on the next runthanks for watching
