Bihari Kabab

Chicken Leg Pieces – 6 No.
G&G Paste- 1 Tbs (Full)
Namak/Salt as taste
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Zeera Powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chili/Mirchi powder-1 tsp
Black Pepper/Mirchi-1/4 tsp
Lemon – 1/2 (MS)
Haldi/Tarmeric-1/4 tsp
Curd/Dahi-1/2 cup
Red/Lal food color-2 pinch
Dhania/Coriander powder-1 tsp
Jaiphal/Nutmeg-2 pinch
Javitri/Mace-2 pinch
Butter/Makhan- 2 Tbs
Mustard/Sarson ka oil-1 Tbs

Procedure: In a bowl marinate the chicken and marination add all mentioned ingredients except butter.
To give a smokey effect place a small bowl and add lighted cool add little ghee or oil on it. Cover it with a lid and let them marinated chicken sit at room temperate at approximately 1 hour.
After hour take a grilled pan and grease it with butter and place the leg pieces. Maintain low flame, rotate the chicken leg pieces for every 5 minutes so that they are grilled all the sides evenly. Now there are ready to serve.
