Marinate for chicken grilled
1 tsp Yogurt
Garlic paste 1 tsp
1 tsp ginger paste
Mustard paste 1 tsp
1 tsp Chili powder
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
1 tsp lime juice
Oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste
1.Start with four boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
2.cover them with plastic wrap.
3.Then take a rolling pin to bash the chicken breasts, it will help flatten them and the cooking will be even.
4. Next take a large bowl and add 1 teaspoon of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of mustard paste, 1 teaspoon of garlic paste. 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of Garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, 2 teaspoon of oil and salt to taste then mix all the ingredients well.
5.then put the chicken breast in the mixture and cover with plastic wrap.
6.next refrigerate the marinated chicken breasts 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
7. then place the non-stick grill Pan on the gas stove.
8.next add the oil and a piece of butter.
9.then cook the marinated chicken breasts for 10 to 15 minutes on one side over medium heat or take your time.
10.next flip over the chicken breast and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes
11.then rest the chicken breast for a few minutes and taste.
