Chicken Breast in Orange Sauce (long)

Ingredients
– Chicken Breast
– Garlic
– Asparagus
– Fresh Orange
– Orange Juice
– Rosemary
– Vinegar
– Brown Sugar
– Chicken Broth

How to make Chicken Breast in Orange Sauce

1. Prepare all ingredients: peel and cut the orange (keep only orange’s peel) and chill it
in the fridge. Cut the chicken breast into a half. Rip off the hard part of asparagus and
pound the garlic.
2. Grilled Chicken and Vegetable: heat the pan over medium heat, add some oil (prevent
to stick) add the chicken breast, then season both sides with grounded pepper and
pinch of salt. bring it out when it cooked and have a brown colour. In the same pan
add asparagus, add salt and ground pepper to more flavour, wait until it cooked as you
needed and set aside.
3. The orange sauce: in the saucepot, add brown sugar and water. heat the pot over low
medium heat. Stir all ingredients for a while until brown sugar melt and caramelize,
stop cooking with vinegar. Then add orange juice, chicken broth, wait until the sauce
boiling a bit, then add rosemary and pounded garlic (you can use fresh rosemary) to
more fragrant. Let it simmer and dries out, then put the grilled chicken into the
saucepan and cover with the lid. Leave for 3-5 minutes.
4. Cut the chicken into 1-2 inch(es) or you can serve the whole piece. Place the chicken,
grilled asparagus and the orange flesh on the plate. spoon the orange sauce all over
and sprinkle with pepper.
