Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken Drumsticks | Smoked Chicken Legs

In today’s video Marc is introducing his Traeger smoker and making some Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken Drumsticks! These can easily be made on the grill or in the oven, but who doesn’t love their meat smoked! Along with the chicken being smoked, Marc shows you how to make this delicious and easy honey lime sriracha sauce to baste the chicken in while you cook!

RECIPE
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks
salt & pepper
sliced green onion and sesame seeds for garnish

Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp garlic minced
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
juice from 1 lime
salt & pepper

1) Season your drumsticks with salt & pepper. Preheat smoker/oven/grill to 350F.

2) Start cooking the chicken, time for 20 mins (times may vary based on your cooking method. Always ensure the meat is cooked to a safe internal temperature).

3) Mix up the sauce

4) After the 20 mins, flip the chicken

5) Cook another 20 mins and flip again

6) Baste with the sauce, cook another 2-3 mins and baste again

7) Remove from heat, baste again

8) Finish with the green onion and sesame seed garnish. Eat!
