Dear viewers, in this video i’ll tell my secret recipe for serving the best chicken legs you’ve ever had. These are so tasty, juicy and easy to make. Looking forward to your reactions.
4 chicken legs
25 gr garlic
5 gr coriander powder
70 gr tomato paste
200 gr yogurt
50 ml sunflower oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
10 gr salt
5 gr curry powder
5 gr chili powder
5 gr paprika powder
Grind all the ingredients (except the chicken legs) in a blender
Put the chicken legs in a ovendish
Divide the marinade over the chicken legs and rub well.
Store in the fridge for 1 hour
Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees
Bake chicken legs in the preheated oven 60 minutes
On a plate divide some rucola and put the chicken on it.
Finish the plate with red and green pepper, spring onions, lemon and cherry tomatoes.
Serve with rice
