How to make Chicken Soup?
Good for body and soul!
Chicken Soup Recipe
1 whole chicken
3 carrots
4 celery sticks
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. whole black pepper
1/4 tsp. turmeric
water to cover
salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot add the chicken and water to cover. Bring it to a boil and skim away and foam. Add salt to taste, carrots, celery sticks, onion, garlic, black pepper and turmeric. Bring it to a boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer for 2 hours.
Add your favorite pasta or noodles and enjoy.
