Hello everyone! I’m so sorry for not posting for the past 2 weeks, i had a ton of schoolwork and i just needed a break…but anyway, let’s get on to the recipe. Today I will be making the tastiest chicken wings EVER!!! i found this recipe on Instagram, the recipe will be linked below.
Ingredients:
Spice mix:
1) 1 TSP of Salt
2) 1/2 TSP of Black Pepper
3) 1/2 TSP of Paprika
4) 1/2 TSP of Garlic Powder
5) 1/2 TSP of Sumac
Chicken Marinate:
1) 500 ml of Buttermilk
2) 1 1/2 TSP of the Spice Mix
3) 1 kilo of Chicken Wings
Flour Coating:
1) 1 cup of Flour
2) 1 TBSP of Cornstarch
3) the rest of the Spice Mix
BBQ Chicken Flavor:
1) 1/2 cup of BBQ Sauce
2) 2 TSP of Sugar
3) 1 TBSP of Honey
