A fairly easy recipe of succulent chicken wings in three different sauces with the same marinade. You can also eat the wings without the sauces.

Recipe & Directions
Chicken Marinade:
Use 1 KG chicken wings with skin.
1 tbsp. crushed chilli flakes
2 tbsp. corn flour
1 tbsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Mix well and refrigerate for at least four hours.
Bar be que Sauce:
2 tbsp. B.B.Q sauce
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 pinch salt
Mix well and set aside.
Lemon Honey Sauce:
2 tbsp. chilli ketchup
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. crushed chilli flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Mix well and set aside.
Lemon Chilli Sauce:
2 tbsp. chilli ketchup
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed chilli flakes
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Mix well and set aside.
Fry the marinated chicken wings in 160 to 170 degrees C oil for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Pour the prepared sauces individually in a medium-hot sauce pan and add the fried wings and coat thoroughly and serve straight out of the pan.
