Crispy & Delicious GRILLED TERIYAKI Chicken Wings

Summer is officially here! You know what that means. GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS! The sauce for these chicken wings are delicious, and it makes the wings nice and crispy. These teriyaki chicken wings are easy to make, cook, and eat.

Recipes:
TERIYAKI CHICKEN WINGS

3 – 4 pounds chicken wings
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons ginger, crushed
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon chili sauce
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 scallions, chopped

*Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, water, chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, onion, and scallions together. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved completely.
*Marinate chicken wings in teriyaki sauce for at least 4 hours. I recommend marinating wings overnight to allow the sauce to soak into the wings.
*Start preheating your grill – If you are using a traeger grill, smoke your grill for 15 minutes with the lid down before preheating the grill to 350.
*Place chicken wings evenly on the grill
*Cook 45 – 50 minutes, flipping halfway.
*Remove the chicken wings from the grill when the skin is crispy

GRILLED VEGETABLES

Use any vegetables you want! In this video I used one (1) cup of each of the following vegetables:

Zucchini
Asparagus
Bell Pepper
Corn on the Cob, chopped
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Marinated Artichoke

Oil from artichoke jar

*Mix all the vegetables together along with the oil (or whatever spices you decide to use)
*Preheat your grill – If you are using a traeger grill, then use the same settings as teriyaki wings.
*Cook vegetables on a grate to prevent any pieces from falling into the fire
*Cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway
*Remove vegetables from the grill when they are tender
