Easy Baked Crispy Chicken Wings

Easy Baked Crispy Chicken Wings, taste just like fried without the mess.

Seasoning: 2 Tbs Montreal Chicken seasoning, 2 Tbs Baking Powder, 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika, mix well.

Directions: Take 2.5 – 3lbs trimmed chicken wings, rinse and dry and lay on a baking sheet uncovered in the fridge for 8 – 24 hours to dry the skin. Remove from fridge and pat dry with a paper towel again. Incorporate the seasoning all over the wings and place on a wire rack. Wire rack should be on top of a foil covered pan and sprayed with spray oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and turn wings over (carefully). Put back in the oven and cook another 20 minutes. Check internal temperature (should be between 175 and 195 degrees). Remove, add your favorite wings sauce and enjoy!!!

“Homemade” Ranch Dressing: Hidden Valley seasoning packet, 1 cup milk, 1 cup mayo, mix well. Chill in fridge for 1/2 hour and enjoy. I guarantee you will like this much more than just a bottle of ranch.
