Grill Chicken is tasty, healthy and easy to make.
Ingredients :
Chicken Breast – 500 gms.
Marinade:-
– Ginger – 1.5 inch
– Garlic cloves- 5 or 6
– Green Chilli – 2
– Curd or yoghurt- 3 tsp
– Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
– Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp
– Coriander or dhaniya powder- 1 tsp
– Cumin or jeera powder- 1 tsp
– Garam masala powder- 1/2 tsp
– Salt as per taste- Olive oil – 3 tsp
Preparation-
-Prepare marinade with above ingredients
-Coat chicken breast with marinade
-Keep it aside for 40-60 mins
-Heat grilling pan and add olive oil
-Put chicken breast on pan and grill over both sides and done.
