EP # 90. Quick and Easy One Pan BBQ Chicken on the Outdoor Grill.

I’ve been doing this BBQ Chicken recipe for many years. This time I’m using Zero Sugar BBQ Sauce. WW & Keto Friendly. But you can use your favorite BBQ Sauce. It’s quick and easy, with minimal clean up and the grill doesn’t get messy. Everyone will think you cooked your butt off, very rare for leftovers.

Easy One Pan BBQ Chicken on the Grill.

Ingredients:

Turn grill on to medium high, about 350 F.

4 chicken breast sliced lengthwise into 3 to 4 strips, if breast are thick filet them in half. Then slice into strips.

Salt / Pepper as you like, both sides.

9 x 11 pan spray with Pam spray. Lay chicken strips single layer. Don’t worry if they all won’t fit, as the chicken cooks it will shrink then you can the ones that didn’t fit.

1.5 cups your favorite BBQ sauce. ( I’m using Zero Sugar one). Keeping it WW & Keto Friendly.

Directions:

Easy, Peasy once the grill is ready place pan in center close lid cook 4 minutes. If edges are looking cooked time to flip them, once flipped if you need to cook additional pieces move the ones in pan closer then add them in. once all pieces looking good, free pour BBQ sauce on top. Spread BBQ sauce with with brush till all covered. Cook 2 – 3 minutes flip chicken, spoon sauce from pan over chicken. Cook 2 – 3 minutes more, remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes.
Serve while hot, spooning BBQ sauce onto plated chicken.
