Dish: Grilled Chicken
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Ingredients: Chicken, salt, curd, oil, Kasoori Methi, Ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, cumin powder, Coriander powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and garam masala.
Grilled chicken is nutritious, and easy to do with some simple ingredients.
You can either opt for skin or lean meat if you do not prefer fat.
You can have it with some grilled vegetables, roasted veggies, steamed veggies, and also just by itself.
Goes well as a starter and also the leftovers can be used in salads and making Frankies or rolls with some mayonnaise on the top.
You can also put on the stovetop if you do not have an oven. Either way it tastes good.
