ingridents;

350 gms chicken breast
4 tbsn curd
1/4 tbsn turmeric powder
2 tbsn red chilli powder
1 tbsn coriander powder
1 tbsn cumin powder
1/2 tbsn garam masala powder
2 inch ginger
7 to 8 garlic cloves
3 to 4 tbsn tomato puree
2 tbsn black pepper powder
salt to taste
1 tbsn oil
2 tbsn butter

First marination;
Take 350 gms chicken breast & sprinkle some salt ,black pepper powder, & lemon juice & do the same process on other side & set aside for 10 to 15 min.

second marination;
Blend curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, ginger, garlic cloves, tomato puree, salt, oil blend well & pour it on the chicken. Rub to coat the both sides of the chicken with the marinate set aside for an hour to marinate…

process.
1.take a grill pan & pre heat it.
2.Brush the pan with butter or oil.
3.once hot place the marinated chicken one beside the other. keep on high for around 3 min to develop grill marks
4.turn them on the other side & continue the same on the other side.
5.keep basting it with the butter left on the sides of the grill pan
6.lower heat to medium & turn the pieces again to cook for another 4 to 5 mins on each side
7.check with a fork if the chicken is cooked.Remove onto a plate..
serve hot……
