This dish is kind of a stir fry and salad mix. It’s very healthy ,not boring and absolutely bursting with flavours.
I love flavoring my pasta and get that garlic in there and sauces to make it not a boring salad that you won’t want to eat again but something you can look forward to while eating and making it!
Be creative with this, add your own choice of vegetables, trow some sweet corns in there and jazz it up!
Ingredients:
Grilled chicken
1 chicken breast ( cut into 2 steaks)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp oil for grilling
Pasta:
2 cups boiled pasta
1-1/2 tbsp oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tbsp schezwan sauce(skip if you don’t have it)
onions, capsicum or any vegetable of your choice. you can add carrots, broccoli, bean sprouts, pickled cucumbers or sweet corns
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mayo
