We Grilled whole chicken wings, Smoked Sausage and Sirloin Steaks on a charcoal grill. Quick relaxing Grilling BBQ session. Enjoy!
Chicken Wings were seasoned with
1 tbs Chili Powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbs Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Pepper
Optional
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Sirloin Steaks
seasoned with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and Pepper

[Music]welcome back to cooking with the town -if you haven’t done so already pleasesubscribe to my channel if you like thevideo please hit the like button ifyou’d like to know whenever new contentis available please hit thatnotification bell today we’re having aBBQ session I’m not gonna talk that muchfrom this video just gonna basicallydescribe what’s going on and let thevideo play for itself we have 4 poundsof chicken wings I was about 14 to 16whole wings I believe we seasoned thiswith some pink Himalayan sea salt someblack pepper some chili powder paprikaand some onion powder and garlic powdernow it was basically a homemadeseasoning salt and to that we added somelemon pepper seasoning and then we mixedall the wings up to that I also addedsome Italian seasoning and some crushedred peppers for a little bitonce we cut the fire heat up the chimneystarter we added some more coals on topof it this is basically my pipe processfor cleaning the grill once I get thefire started I put the grates in themiddle already let that go for aboutfive minutes or so just to heat up thecrates as hot as I can and burn off anyextra things that may have been leftover before I clean it off the last timeand just we’re over the grill down witha wire brush and then oiling down andstart cooking[Music][Music][Music]then it was time to dump all of our meaton the grillwe basically laid out all of our chickenwings today we had again chicken wingsold chicken wings some smoked sausagesand some grass-fed grass-finished fromour mistakes[Music][Music][Music]pretty much tough to meet the lawn tocook there were some hot spots wants tonotice when I slipped meat over so Ibasically was just moving the meataround putting some of the meats thatwere not in a hot enough zone justmoving around to where it was hotter atI basically had 3/4 of the grillcharcoal around 3/4 of the grill I know1/4 of the far right side of the grillbakes at the top of the camera I hadthat as the cool zone so if anything gottoo hot I can just put it over there andlet it smoke basically but most of thecharcoal was pretty much all to the leftside towards the center and the rightside was my cool zonecome here[Music]Oh[Music]yesOh[Music][Music]and this was our final product all ofour chicken wings off the grill smokedsausage is done and the steaks and youknow me jalapenos on everything thankyou guys for watching please enjoyplease like share and subscribeyouand you’re you please subscribe in youryou
