Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken wings 2kg
1tbs White vinegar
1 cup (250ml) Yoghurt
1tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tbs Red Chilli powder
½ tbs Black pepper
¼ cup (70ml) Cooking oil
½ tsp Chaat Masala
1tbs Lemon juice
½ tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Cumin powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Soya sauce
1tsp Paprika powder
6 Garlic cloves
Chutney ingredients
1 Medium size tomato
1 Small piece of ginger
1 Small size of onion
1 Green chilli
Fresh coriander
Fresh mints
Mango pulp (not sweet)
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Olive oil
Method
Step 1: Take 2kg of chicken wings in a bowl and add 2L of water
Step 2: Add 1tbs of white vinegar and leave it for 10 minutes
Step 3: After 10 minutes wash, them properly with extra water and then drain the water properly
Step 4: Add 1 cup (250ml) yoghurt to the wings and 1tsp salt
Step 5: Add all the spices including:
¼ tsp Turmeric powder, ½ tbs Red Chilli powder, ½ tbs Black pepper, ¼ cup (70ml) Cooking oil, ½ tsp Chaat Masala, 1tbs Lemon juice, ½ tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp Cumin powder, ½ tsp Garam Masala, 1tsp Soya sauce, 1tsp Paprika powder and 6 Garlic cloves
Step 6: Leave the wings for marinating for at least 1-2 hours
Step 7: Heat up the grill pan of medium heat and brush the surface of the pan with olive oil
Step 8: After 1-2 hours take out the wings and place it on the pan to grill them on medium flame and time to time change the sides to check if they are cooked properly. You can serve these wings with mango chutney or any sauce.
