-1/4 CUP SUGAR
-1/2 TABLESPOON OF BAKING PODER
1/2 TABLESPOON INSTANT YEAST
-3/4 CUP OF WATER
-2 TABLESPOON OF VEGETABLE OIL
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS, MAKE A WELL IN MIDDLE AND ADD WET INGREDIENT. MIX SLOWLY. KNEAD FOR 10 MIN. THEN ALLOW TO REST FOR AT LEAST 20 MIN
BBQ CHICKEN FILLING
-1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL
-1 SMALL ONION, DICED
-2 CLOVES OF GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
-1LB OF HALAL CHICKEN
-1/2 CUP OF BBQ SAUCE
-1 TABLE SPOON OF SOY SAUCE(LA CHOY)
-100ML OF WATER
-2 TABLESPOON OF CORNFLOUR
ADD VEGETABLE OIL TO PAN. HEAT TO MEDIUM, ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC, COOK UNTIL ONIONS SOFT. ADD CHICKEN UNTIL COOKED….THEN ADD BBQ SAUCE, SOY SAUCE. MIX THE WATER AND CORNFOUR AND ADD. SIMMER UNTIL IT THICKENS. PLACE ON A PLATE AND ALLOW TO COOL.
TAKE YOUR RESTED DOUGH. FLATTEN, FOLD IN HALF, FLATTEN, FOLD IN HALF, FLATTEN. FROM THE LONG SIDE OF THE TRIANGLE, START ROLLING. DEPENDING ON HOW STICKY THE DOUGH IS YOU MAY NEED TO REALLY PRESS THE DOUGH ON EACH OTHER WITH EACH ROLL(SEE VIDEO). CUT TO GET ABOUT 1.5 INCH PIECES. ROLL THESE OUT, AND ROLL THE EDGES EVEN MORE(HELPS WITH THE CLOSING…THAT DIDNT RECORD). PLACE FILLING AND FOLD(SEE SOURCE ON HOW TO FOLD).
