Herb Grilled Chicken is a delight to have,during this lockdown tried my hands on this recipe at home and it turned out to be super delicious the second time as well.😋
•Chicken Breast depends on the portion you are going to prepare.
•Chilli, Ginger & Garlic Paste.
•1 tbsp of Brown sugar/Honey
•1 tbsp of Crushed Black Pepper
•1 tbsp of Lemon juice
•3-4 spoons of Olive oil/Butter
•1 cube of cheese for one portion.
•Salt to taste.
•Slit the Chicken to allow the marination to seep in and make a pocket in between by cutting the chicken breast midway.
•Marinade the chicken with salt,lemon juice and ginger,garlic and chilli paste.
•In a grinder give all the ingredients except cheese and make a coarse paste without water.
•Smear the chicken breast with this paste.
•Keep aside 1-2 tbsp of the marination and with your fingers mash it with the cheese and stuff the pocket.
•Refrigerate it for atleast an hour.
•Brush the grill pan with olive oil or butter and place the chicken.
•Cook both sides for 5 mins each on medium flame and after that lower the flame and cook for 5 more mins until the chicken is cooked and make sure you pour in all the leftover marinade.
•Serve it hot with sauteed vegetables,rice or mashed potato.You can also drizzle Butter Garlic sauce/ Cheesy White Sauce/Lemon Butter Sauce or even without any😋
