Today I am making homemade jerk chicken wings on the BBQ with a very special guest…my uncle! Together we spent the afternoon cooking up some homemade jerk sauce and using it to marinate some chicken wings that we cooked on the BBQ. They turned out amazingly delicious and are a great make ahead recipe for a BBQ with friends or family!
