How-to cook Grilled Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings on the outdoor grill

Hey folks – gotta a very easy meal to cook up here. We’re grilling up chicken wings seasoned with only salt and pepper. Being cooked on my Weber Spirit 500 grill, but the same can be cooked on any outdoor grill.

You only need thawed chicken wings, salt and pepper to grill this up.

This will take 30 minutes of total cooking time. The first 20 minutes will be done in 5 minute intervals with the grill lid in a close position with a constant grill temp of about 400 degrees – adjust your burner controls accordingly to maintain that temp. The last 10 minutes will be cooked with the grill lid open under a high heat and moving the chicken wings around on the grill every minute or two to avoid burning and checking for desired doneness.
