Hi guys, this time I would share one of sweet grilled chicken recipe called “bacem” seasoning. So bacem seasoning not only just used for chicken, but also could be used for tempeh, tofu, and the others.
The ingredienst are:
1 kg of chicken
7 cloves of shallots
5 cloves of garlics
1 thumb of galangal
1 tbsp tamarind
3 bay leaves
2 grains of brown sugar
1 tbsp of salt
and 1 tsp of stock powder
If you have coconut water, you can add to the recipe and it will make the chicken more delicious.
