Grilled Chicken Breast. Easy to grill, and even easier to overcook.
I season mine with equal parts salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Set the temp of the egg around 400 degrees.
Flip around the 10 minute mark, and check the temp at the 20 minute mark.
If you pull at 160 degrees it will rise and be perfect.
