HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN YAKITORI #bbq chicken

Hello everyone. In todays video I will be showing you how I cook one of my favorite skewer chickens called Chicken Yakitori. Like most of my dishes I always add my own twist or i should say infuse my recipes to bring out the flavors to my liking and hopefully yours to.

Yakitori translates to grill chicken and thats exactly what i have done on this unique portable indoor pan grill that allows me to cook with gas and be able to add a few charcoals in the pan to get that smoked flavor and heat. You can cook this dish on a pan grill, bake it in the oven or cook it outdoor on charcoals.

You don’t have to use Saki or Mirin if you want to keep it kosher just add water instead of the mirin in the sauce while cooking. Green onions are optional but i love the charred onion flavor . The chili paste i used is also optional i like a little kick to my chicken so you can use any Chinese chili sauce or paste.
