Ingredients:
Rice
Chicken Drumsticks & Thighs
Chicken Fillets
Onions
Sweet Red Pepper
Sweet Orange Pepper
Sweet Yellow Pepper
Sweet Green Pepper
Powdered Chilli Pepper
Black Pepper
Carrots
Vegetable Oil
Soy Sauce
BBQ Sauce
Maggi Chicken
Salt
How to Make:
Put seasoned chicken in the oven for 30mins under 160degrees, then 15mins, then 10mins under 180degrees, then 5mins under 180degrees after putting the chilli bbq sauce on it (TOTAL COOKING TIME: 1hour).
Fry onions then cook the rice.
Fry chicken fillets and all vegetables as shown.
Drizzle a bit of stock from the chicken in the oven onto the stir fry with soy sauce.
Mix the chilli and black pepper & soy sauce in the bbq sauce as shown.
Then finally serve!
