How to make fish on the grill

This is a very easy and simple recipe for grilled fish and it is ready in no time. We used catfish, but this grilled fish recipe would work with any other fish. The ingredients and steps for grilled fish are listed below.

Grilled Fish

Ingredients:
1 lbs. catfish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. crushed chilli
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger paste
2 TBSP. lemon juice
2 TBSP. oil

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and marinate the fish for one hour. Grease the grill will oil so the fish don’t stick. Grill the fish 3 minutes on each side.
