How to make Spicy Jerk Chicken WINGS and Yam FRIES!

Ingredients:
5 Scotch Bonnet Peppers (remove seed to take it down a notch)
1 Onion
5 Garlic Cloves
4 Stalks Green onion
Juice from 1 Lime
1/4 Teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Browning
1 Thumb Ginger
1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
3 sprigs Thyme
2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt (of to taste)
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
Please note this step can be substituted with store bought marinade.

Chicken Wings
2lb
Washed with lemon and vinegar

In a Food processor or blender process until smooth
Marinate your chicken for 4 hours to let everything permeate.
Cook chicken either on a grill or oven.
In Oven allow to cook for 35-40 minutes at 350°C, then broil at 575°C for 5-10 minutes, remove and turn your chicken for another 5-10 minutes until really brown and fully cooked.

Served with Yam Fried
1lb Yam, chopped thick sizes.
Fry in 1 cup hot oil. remove from oil and add salt ,paprika to taste.
