How to prepare juicy Grilled Chicken without oven

Ingredients :-

Chicken – 1 kg
Salt – 1 pinch
Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
Chili powder – 2 pinch
Tandoori masala – 3 tablespoon
Curd – 1 cup( 200 ml)
Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice of 2 lemon
Oil to grease chicken

Ingredients to make home made tandoori masala

¼ cup coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds / jeera
½ tbsp black peppercorns
8-10 dry red chilies
½ tbsp clove
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
4-5 cardamom
½ tsp nutmeg powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp dry ginger Powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
Heat a non stick pan/kadhai. Dry roast all the above mentioned ingredients except nutmeg powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder and dry ginger powder till nice aroma comes. Don’t over-roast the spices as it may affect the taste. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
Grind roasted spices in a mixer to coarse powder. Add nutmeg powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder and dry ginger powder to it & grind again to smooth powder. Remove and keep aside. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
