Here’s what you’ll need:
For the crust
1 sweet potato
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Topping:
2 chopped Jerk chicken breast
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup red onions
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
