[Music]what’s up guys welcome back to alwayseveryday I am your cook Spinelli theself-proclaimed Queen King and theprince and ruler of all of them a couplewins in the battle change they can makelemon pepper wings better than me justturn your back on and please all rightclick that link above me I’m going toshow you how to make the best lemonpepper wings on the planet now intoday’s video I got a request from asubscriber that asked me to do myversion of Memphis honey gold wings sothat’s what I did so guys this is agreat recipe matter of fact I’ve neverheard of this beforea – she told me about so it’s adelicious recipe I love it I know you’regonna love itI hope in your kitchen I’m already inmine so let’s go[Music]all right so here are the ingredientswere going to use for today’s recipe wehave our published green wash chicken wegot salt our honey we’re gonna usetumeric hot sauce black pepper butterchili powder crushed red pepper garlicpowder onion powder white wine vinegarand some brown sugar so these are theingredients so let’s go ahead and getstarted all right so I’ve alreadymeasured out our ingredients and I cutand cleaned our chicken so let me showyou what we have here we have fourtablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon ofhot chili powder guys I don’t recommendyou use this chili powder I’m using thisis very hot use regular chili powder ahalf a cup of brown sugar half a cup ofhoney I did about three tablespoons ofturmeric one tablespoon of crushed redpepper flakes two tablespoons of whitedistilled vinegar and I have 1 teaspoonof salt 1 teaspoon of pepper oneteaspoon of onion powder and oneteaspoon of garlic powder so these arethe measurements we’re going to use solet’s go ahead and get started all rightso what I’m going to do now is I’m goingto I decided that I’m going to season mychicken I forgot to add the measurementsfor that into this so what I’m going touse is about a teaspoon of salt and I’malso going to use about a teaspoon ofblack pepper and then I’m at about twotablespoons of baking powder now this isjust for the chicken the measurements Ijust told you guys earlier were for thesauce but this is for the chicken allrightso one teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon ofpepper and about 2 tablespoons of bakingpowder all right so let’s move onalright so what I’ve done here is I’velined our baking sheet with aluminum fornow I’m spraying out with greatswiftness braids this is for easycleanup and ensuring that your chickendoesn’t stick to your plan so go aheadand do that and we’ll move on alright sowhat we’re gonna do now is add ourchicken pieces to ourPayan we’re gonna do a skin side downhalf an inch to an inch apart try not toover crowd your pan you want to giveyour chicken enough space to cook somake sure that your the sides are nottouching so go ahead and do that andI’ll see you guys in the next step allright so we’re going to transfer thesebad babies over into this preheated ovenof 400 degrees we’re gonna allow them tocook for 50 to 55 minutes I’m gonna setmy timer for 55 minutes and keep an eyeon it but after 25 minutes we’re goingto flip those bad babies over and allowthem to cook on the other side for theremaining other time all right let’smove on all right so now we are halfwaythrough the cooking process so whatwe’re gonna do is go ahead and flip ourchicken pieces over to allow them tofinish cooking on the other side as youcan see with that bacon powder it getsthe skin crisp so if you want thatcrispy or crunch make sure you add thebaking powder all right so go ahead flipyour chicken pieces over and we’ll moveon all right so now we’re about to makethe star of the show so go ahead addyour four tablespoons of butter allow itto melt next add your hot sauce and goahead and give this a mix bring it to aboil and continue to mix it adjust yourheat now add your honey make sure youmix it completely add your vinegar nextyour garlic powder your onion powderyour black pepper your chili flakes andyour chili powder and don’t forget thetumor get that a good mix increase thetemperature just a little bit continueto stir it until you get this smoothconsistency all right and you’re gonnaturn the heat down and let it simmerlastly you want to add your brown sugargive that a good mix make sureeverything is combined completely nowyour sauce should be thickening up alittle bitcontinue to stir let it cook for aboutthree to five minutes and now what we’regoing to do is we’re going to add it toa empty dish and we’re gonna reserve ituntil the wings are done all right sonow our chicken pieces are done whatwe’re gonna do is we’re going to removethem from the oven let’s place them overhere on the counter take a look at theseguys you see how crispy they are look atthis the the brownish color the goldenbrownish color this is what you wantthis looks good alright so what we’regonna do now is we’re going to get thesethings salt stuff so let’s continuealright so now let’s remove the chickenpieces from the pan add them to a emptydish or Bowl because we’re going to getready to put this honey gold sauce on italright so remove your chicken piecesand we’ll continue alright so what youwant to do is you want to take thathoney gold sauce and you just want tospoon it over your wings lightly youdon’t want to pour it all over yourwings just spoon it over and again useas much or as little as you like andwhat you will do next is take a lid youknow we’re gonna do a little shake andbake a-bake it bake it shake it bake italright remove the lid and this is whatwe have all right so now let’s take aclean plate and we’re going to add ourchicken pieces to the clean plate guysthis looks so delicious it smells goodall right add your chicken pieces andwe’re gonna go ahead and finalize thisrecipe and there
