Celebrate any weekend making an easy recipe everyone will love. These are your perfect chicken wings. Sweet and spicy finger food. Fire up the grill, set the outdoor table, and make the best chicken wings ever
Spice Mix:
-3 TBS ancho chile powder
-2 TSP ground Cumin
-2 TSP ground Corriander
-2 TSP ground sweet Spanish paprika(I used smoked)
Mix all together. You can make it double and store to use another time
Sweet and spicy sauce:
-1/2-1 cup Honey
-1-3 TBS pureed canned chipotle chiles in adobo (be careful if you don’t like too spicy)
-1 TBS Dijon mustard
-1 TBS of ancho chile powder
-1 TBS oil of your choice ( I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil )
Wisk all ingredients together
You can use some of the sauce to glaze your chicken wings throughout the cooking/grilling. I pour my sauce over hot wings, toss to coat, plate, and sprinkle with green onions
