Lets do Chicken Wings topped with Black Pepper and Parmesan. you can add your favorite topping.

use you favorite rub.
im using S&P&G and olive oil.
go 200F for 1 Hr. then finish off 300 F till 165 internal. sear as needed.
dust with your favorite topping.

guys I got some nice chicken wings witha basic seasoning a salt pepper garlicyou’ll see that the description I got myKC combo rolling at 200I want to go low and slow I want to getsome smoke in these wings I’ll take themup to 167 to 170 and then I’m gonna searthem inside the side opinion but firstlet’s take a look at the basic rub thatI’m using which is basically some coarsesalt plenty of it right we got somefresh cracked black pepper I got somegarlic powder of course right you coulduse a little onion powder and then youbasically could use any to basically useany rub that you please always finish itoff though with a little oil give it agood mix and let it sit when you attendto your grill how I’m using the pit-bosscompetition and blend for pellets anyappellate would work I have heated uplike I said to 200 degrees or I’ll gofor approximately one hour demo Chucksee in about an hourchecking for temperaturenot all righty what you want to do hereright is turn the pit up to uh I’ll doabout 3/4 350 and you wanted what justuh just kind of move the chicken wingsright turn the chicken wings make surethere’s no pot spots to the grill makesure nothing’s burnt too bad then you’lllet them go and bring them up totemperature of about 170[Music]and I do like that KC combo shelf rightthere force[Music]at this point what I wanted to do andovercook them I’m gonna peel them andbring the boiler part of the grill up totemperature for the nice flame and thenwe’ll stick it back on for about fiveminutes[Music]you see we have the oil apart openedthese are chicken wings that look to upthismy fightwho could see thatthat lever close it open and get thatthe Rex flameand some people don’t like is a wholewant the girls but I’m a big fanget a little color on these right here[Music]and that’s only about a minute rightthere that’s all it takescolor on that wall setonce your wings are done can we get thissaying that nice char perfect stillspicy hot now you can hit it withanything I got some uh I got some TexasPeaks I got some Worcestershire for somevbq sauce but I’m feeling parmesanthat’sthe light a little parmesan on some nicehot wings coming up coming out of theroller right all righty here we go it’sperfect about an hour and a halfbasic rub 200 just to get that smoke init okay about an hour at – hunter finishit off at high 350 get it up totemperature and then sear it anyway youcan listen if you like this pit bossvideo I got a couple more right here andhere and I’ll see you over there oh manthat’s good
