Domenic on this is cute from those basiccooking and today I’m going to make takeour chicken tikka in a very easy way Ihave one breast chicken breast splitinto half and one big bell pepper I’mgoing to use half a half for a littlemore than that onion and squeeze somelemon over it alright let’s get startedso I’m going to peel that plastic offthe chicken it’s a half frozen this wayI can cut it easily so I’m going to cutthe chicken and marinate it so let medeal with the chicken and then I’ll beback so you see the chicken cuts betterwhen it’s half frozen I cubed thechicken it turns out there are twodifferent halves of chicken breast it’snot the same chicken I can tell thedifference when is darker one is lighteranyway who cares so these are the spicesand that’s the day he and that’s thechicken so I’m going to put everythingin one place and dump the masalas tiptoday he and marinate it for one hourokay so in goes all spices I’m keepingvery mild spices like I always tell youguys I don’t want to put too much youcan always add more if you want but Ilike to keep it light with the basicspices very basic spices alrighty solet’s mix that up before I can mix it byI’m throwing in the lemon peel and theregoes lemon juice that’s 1/4 cupit’s going to stay in the bottom becauseit’s just for marinate don’t worry aboutitit’s not too much so I’m gonna leave thelemon peel in there and I’m going to mixeverything all righty this is ready tosit down now for a while while I’m goingto go and get the pepper and onions andsalt and pepper is always according toyour taste some like more some like lessso I never make this much pepper andthis much sure so out of this paste andspice an issue you know becauseeverybody have a different taste just gowith the basics put little or put moreif you follow the basic recipe you canalways you know make it according toyour own taste so let’s go and cut theonion and the peppers I have cutlengthwise and seeded the pepper so likethis I’m just going to cut cubes out ofit just like thatand we are going to do the same thingwith the onion try to cut cubes out ofit that’s why I picked a big onion samething with onion I took a large onionthen I sliced it lengthwise now I’mgoing to cut the cute already here’s theonion I will just pick up those cubesand use them I think we are ready yes weare ready for our simple basic tikka wehave bell pepperready onions ready we have some skippersover there and we have the chickenmarinating over there so what else do weneed now we are going to need a grillpan because there’s no outdoor grillingin this building so what I’m doing isonion – chicken – pepper – chicken -onion – chicken – pepper so just one byone one by one time pepper then nextonion and peppers and onion this one isready let me make more I’ll be rightbackalrighty so we have enough tickets tostart let’s getready take them to the group and it isnice and hard and I just greased it soit looks pretty good[Music]this is the easiest way of makingchicken tikka and is ready we did fewspices that I will put in the list youcan see it as usual I’ll write it downand then we have tomatoes and onionsalad with it goes very well withchicken tikka kebab and I’m ready to eatI’m going with rice you can serve itwith naan roti plain rice any kind ofsalad you like[Music]youCrispin de Hanks that’s how we arehaving it over dinner for today is readywe are going to serve it with rice andthis is the simple basic ingredientschicken tikka make it and let me knowhow it turns out thank youthat face well bye see you guys laterwith something else
